Raclette is a European alpine cheese. It was first created on a snowy night in Switzerland, a family put their cheese close to the fire and when it bubbled up they scraped it onto their meal. The word "raclette" comes from the French word "to scrape."

Our signature raclette sandwiches come with a heaping pile of melted cheese scraped onto salty cured meat, all inside a crusty French baguette. Our sandwiches are unique and something everyone loves!
